Our hours can fluctuate based upon the show and event we have booked but typically we open our doors to the public somewhere between 7pm-8pm depending on the show start time.  For most shows Doors typically open 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time of the first band.  Always check our calendar page for the most up to date door and show times.

Yes, there is a good amount of free parking in our area.  We have our own on-site parking lots on the north & south side of our building.  There is also an overflow public parking lot located on the NEC of Central Ave & Grant Street less than a block away along with free street parking in the surrounding neighborhood area.

How does ticketing work?

You can pre-purchase tickets online from our website.  If the show is not sold out you can also purchase tickets at the door.

What is your policy on transferring tickets?

If the show is being ticketed through the venue’s Eventbrite ticketing system you can transfer your ticket/registration to someone else just by updating your order information with the new attendee’s information.

If a show “sells out”, is it possible to get ANY tickets?

Once a show is listed as sold out, we are generally unable to sell any more tickets online or at the door. Check the band/artist’s website to see if they have any additional tickets for sale.  You can always call the venue and see if any additional tickets have / or will be released.

Do you have an in-house box office?

Not at this time, but if the show isn’t listed as sold out you can still buy tickets the day of the show once doors have opened or buy them in advance from our website.

Do you accept credit cards at the bar and/or at the door for tickets?

We do accept all major Credit Cards at the bar.  For purchasing show tickets at the door the venue also accepts credit cards for all our in-house booked shows.  The only exception is when an outside promoter is putting on the show and they might only accept Cash at the door.  There is a Wells Fargo ATM machine in our parking lot.

Last Exit Live is mainly a standing room General Admission music venue.  We only have a small number of high top tables with bar stools that are set up towards the back portion of the room.
